el pasapures para hacer el puré, tiene que quedar bastante espeso para poder enrollarlo bien. Sí, sí, en tele.&lt;br /&gt;El programa en cuestión se llama Campo Abulense y fue realizado por el canal 8 de Radio Televisión Castilla y León.  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Después de limpias, se meten en agua hirviendo para escaldarlas, 1 minuto , teniendo preparado un Vol. con agua muy fría, para cuando pase el tiempo automáticamente se sacan del caliente y se ponen en el frío, así las puedes dejar el tiempo que quieras.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"&gt;Ahora, vamos con la carne; en una sartén se la pone aceite, el ajo,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"&gt; la cebolla, el pimiento rojo y se deja pochar, después se pone la carne y se deja hasta que tu veas que está hecha, entonces le añades una cucharadita de harina y la leche, lo mueves, el motivo de hacer esto es para que se ligue la carne.&lt;/p&gt;
